Data Deletion
Last updated: June 2026
thatmombeth.com is a personal tool used by a single creator (@thatmombeth) to manage and republish her own content. It does not have public accounts and does not collect personal information from visitors. This page explains the data the tool holds for the connected accounts and how to have it deleted.
Data obtained from Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
When Beth connects her Instagram and Facebook accounts so the tool can republish her own videos as Reels, the only data stored is:
- Access tokens that authorize publishing on her behalf
- The ID and name of her Facebook Page
- The ID of the Instagram Business account linked to that Page
No other Meta data is read or stored — not posts, comments, followers, direct messages, or insights. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Disconnect at any time
The fastest way to revoke access is from Meta directly: open your Facebook Business Integrations settings and remove this app. Revocation stops all further publishing immediately and invalidates the stored tokens.
Request deletion
To have the stored data deleted — the Meta access tokens and the Page / Instagram account identifiers described above — email hello@thatmombeth.com with the subject "Data deletion request." The corresponding records are removed from our Cloudflare D1 database, typically within a few business days, and a confirmation is sent to the same address.
TikTok and other data
The same contact handles deletion requests for the other data the site stores (for example, TikTok video metadata). The TikTok account owner can also revoke access from TikTok's app-management settings.
