Lavashak Sour Fruit Rolls (2 Tubs)

Why I love it

This is my current hyperfixation snack, so fair warning. Lavashak is a sour fruit toffee, kind of like a jelly fruit roll-up, made with apple, plum, and cherry in a thick pomegranate sour sauce. To me it tastes like a really sour date, though some people say tamarind or soursop. It is honestly hard to describe. The way I love to eat it is with fresh pomegranate arils, so you get the sweet seeds with the sour jelly and syrup. It is very sour, so it is worth trying if you love that. My kids have tried it too, and it is a fun one for a grazing table or a foodie in your life.
