Why I love it
These are my number one hack as a mom of four rowdy boys who deals with PTSD, migraines, and overstimulation. What I love is that you can adjust how much noise you tone down using the different modes, so they're not completely blocking out the world unless you want them to be. They live in my purse and I never go a day without them. One of my sons who is more sensory prone likes them on the lowest setting at school to help him focus.
