Why I love it
I started drinking Nello Super Calm at the very beginning of my weight loss journey, when I was in survival mode with little kids and really struggling to actually sleep. It has KSM-66 ashwagandha, magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, and vitamin D3, and I take one before bed to help me wind down. I also found out I had a magnesium deficiency, so the extra bit helps me there too. I love that it comes in little packets I can toss in my purse or keep by the bedside, and the flavors (strawberries and cream, orange creamsicle) actually taste good hot or cold.
